    With experience scaling companies, he excels when working with ambitious Visionaries and Leadership teams to achieve the seemingly impossible. With deep operations experience, Jason enjoys expertly harmonizing the vision, the tools, and the team to consistently meet and exceed the goals.

    When he’s not working, Jason spends time outdoors and traveling in addition to being a certified USA Hockey coach.

    Doug has helped grow several successful companies and has a special niche in working with family businesses. He has a deep background in operations management, engineering, finance, and sales.

    He has an innate ability to align with CEOs, and then work with the key leaders in the business to set and achieve corporate objectives. 

    Doug is a bit of an adventurer and enjoys hiking, biking, and trail running - wherever his travels take him.
