Outcomes COO Program Terms

These terms apply to every Outcomes COO coaching program: Vintegrator Coaching (including the Founding Cohort), Vintegrator Private, Integrator Cohort, and Integrator Private. By paying for a program, you agree to these terms. "We" and "Outcomes COO" mean Outcomes COO LLC. "You" means the person or company enrolling.

1. Enrollment and payment

Your seat is reserved once payment is received in full, unless we agree in writing to a different payment schedule. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Group programs have limited seats and are filled in the order payment is received.

2. What's included

Each 90-day program includes a live Kickoff session, twelve weekly content sessions, weekly coaching calls (group or private, depending on your program), the tools and templates delivered each week, and a Capstone 1:1 to review your 8-Quarter Plan. Vintegrator programs also include private 20-minute 1:1 calls as described on the program page. The program page and program PDF describe exactly what your program includes.

3. Schedule

We'll share session dates and times before your program starts. We may skip sessions around major holidays, so a program can run slightly longer than 90 days. If we ever need to move a session, we'll give as much notice as we can and reschedule it.

4. Missed sessions and 1:1 calls

Group sessions aren't repeated if you miss one, but you'll still receive that week's materials. Private coaching calls and 1:1 calls can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Calls missed without notice, and 1:1 calls not used by the end of your 90-day cycle, don't carry over.

5. Right-hand person or EA add-on

Vintegrator programs allow one additional attendee from your company, such as your right-hand person or EA, for the add-on fee listed on the program page. The additional attendee may join every session and shares your 1:1 calls; they don't receive a separate set.

6. Cohort minimum

Group cohorts need at least 4 participants to run. If a cohort doesn't reach that minimum, you'll receive the private format of your program for that cycle at the price you paid, or a full refund if you prefer. We may also move the start date, and if the new date doesn't work for you, you'll receive a full refund.

7. Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel at least 7 days before the Kickoff, you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel after that but before Week 2, you'll receive a 50% refund. After Week 2, payments are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

8. Renewals

Renewable programs renew only when you choose to enroll in another cycle; nothing renews automatically. Founding Cohort members keep their founding rate for each renewal, as long as they renew for the next consecutive cycle.

9. Transferring a seat

Before the Kickoff, you may transfer your seat to another person at your company by letting us know in writing. After the Kickoff, seats can't be transferred.

10. Tools and materials

The tools, templates, workbooks, and other materials we provide are licensed to you for use inside your own business. You're welcome to adapt them for your company. You may not resell, republish, or distribute them outside your business, or use them to deliver coaching or consulting to others. Outcomes COO keeps all ownership rights in the materials.

11. Confidentiality

Group sessions work because people speak openly. You agree to keep what other participants share about themselves and their businesses confidential. We'll keep the information you share with us confidential, except where the law requires otherwise.

12. Recordings

Participants may not record sessions without the written consent of Outcomes COO and, for group sessions, the other participants. Outcomes COO does not publish recordings of sessions.

13. No guarantee; not professional advice

Coaching results depend on the work you put in and on factors outside our control, so we can't guarantee specific outcomes. Our programs, tools, and templates (including offer letter, compensation, and budget templates) are general business guidance, not legal, tax, accounting, HR, or financial advice. Have qualified professionals review decisions and documents in those areas.

14. Participation and conduct

We expect respectful, professional conduct in every session. We may remove a participant whose conduct disrupts a group, and in that case we'll refund a prorated portion of the fee for the sessions remaining.

15. Changes to a program

We may update program content, tools, or scheduling to improve the program, as long as the core of what you enrolled for stays the same.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a program is limited to the amount you paid for that program cycle. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

18. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you pay applies to that program cycle.
