Accelerator Program
Do you want a playbook for the next 24-36 months to get your business on track? Our Accelerator Program is the answer. We take a crawl, walk, run approach. We customize each phase based on the team's size, complexity, and ability. During each phase of our process, we deliberately work with the Visionary and Leadership Team to ensure we track toward the desired Outcomes.
This is a 90-day program that results in a detailed plan to achieve your Vision.
~30-Day Assessment—We mainly observe and gather information to identify where the team is performing well and where there is an opportunity for improvement. We assess all components of the business plans and processes to see what's working and what can be improved.
~60-Day Planning and Training—We ensure that all of the components of the V/TO®️️️️/Business Plan are well-documented and that there is an Accountability Chart®️️️️/Organizational Chart to complement it. We also outline what processes must be refined or developed and at what stage along the journey. In addition, we lead the Leadership Team.

Interim COO
Our Outcomes COO/Integrator team has the experience to step in and quickly help in situations where a short-term solution is necessary to keep the executives and the leadership team functioning through change. Having an experienced veteran helping during these times can help reduce disruption and ensure the organization is running as intended

Our coaching service for the COO/Integrator will help your COO/Integrator create a culture of accountability and provide leadership, management, and accountability to the leadership team. We design a plan to identify and unblock cross-functional organizational issues, enabling successful business plan execution.
We offer outsider perspectives to explore the art of the possible and encourage decision-making confidence. This will increase your alignment and effective relationship with your visionary and leadership team.
Mergers & Acquisitions Integration Support
Over the last several years, there has been a flurry of M&A activity. Although exciting and usually full of opportunities, it can be overwhelming to even the most experienced team.
Hiring an experienced Fractional COO/Integrator specifically focused on helping you and your team through a merger or acquisition event will add an experienced professional and help integrate the new entity.
We discretely support the Visionary and select group before the planned transaction.

Is this a Fractional Integrator-COO role?
We design a role that is 100% of the Integrator-COO necessary for your company. Generally, small and sometimes medium-sized businesses don’t need a “full-time” Integrator-COO. We focus on only doing the Integrator-COO level work and delegating and elevating others on the team.
What are some of the benefits you offer over a full-time employee?
We are much more affordable since we are 100% utilized. You benefit from our combined experience, network, and community of practitioners and experts. We provide access to multiple COO/Second-in-command/Integrators for significantly less than a full-time Operations Executive.
Do you have specialized systems and processes?
We like to keep things simple and not re-invent things (too costly). We leverage tried and trusted tools to help move your business forward and achieve your goals. With all of our experience, we also have a variety of tools that we can deploy to solve specific acute issues.
What if we don’t use EOS®?
If you don’t use EOS®, we can still help. We know the power of EOS® and would walk through your challenges to determine if EOS™ would help you reach your goals. We focus on Outcomes and getting to those outcomes with velocity, taking the easiest and shortest path to get there.
Do I get a dedicated Integrator-COO?
Absolutely. The relationship between a Visionary and an Integrator is personal. We build long-term relationships no different than a traditional C-Suite executive. A benefit to working with us is you will meet our other Integrator-COO and have direct or indirect access to anything you need.
What level of accountability do you undertake?
We usually hold the Integrator-COO seat, ultimately taking accountability for the P&L and the entire team. It generally takes between 3 and 12 months, depending mainly on the comfort of the Visionary.
